To load a drag shovel onto a transport vehicle, the bucket is
being used as a support to lift the body of the shovel onto the bed of the
truck.
The crawler tracks of the drag shovel slipped from the
transport truck bed, causing the drag shovel to topple over. The operator was
pinned beneath it.
